Many people have found such phenomena: Most of the true believers in the Lord, after believing in God, will spread the gospel, do their work and establish churches everywhere with the utmost confidence; there are even some who never get married in their entire lives so as to spread the gospel; some believers who have families even give up their enjoyments of family, conjugal affection and the attention of their children for spreading of the gospel…. Some people think these behaviors incomprehensible and don’t know why they believe in God so fervently. Believing in God at home doesn’t disrupt them making money or supporting their family, and they can also enjoy family happiness with their loved ones and moreover can enter heaven after death. Isn’t it a perfect choice? Contrarily, when spreading the gospel everywhere, they often face ridicule and slander, and even will suffer the arrest and persecution of the atheistic CCP, drifting around and unable to return to their home. Then what power impels them to run on the way of spreading the gospel?

Have We Received the Way of Everlasting Life by Believing in the Lord?
It is recorded in the Bible that once, when passing through Samaria, the Lord Jesus rested by a well there, and a woman of Samaria came to draw water. When talking to the woman, the Lord Jesus told her, “Whoever drinks of this water shall thirst again: But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life” (John 4:13–14). From then on, word gradually spread that the Lord Jesus is the Christ, the source of the living water of life, and has the way of eternal life, and more and more people began to believe in the Lord Jesus. Facts show that the Lord Jesus truly has the everlasting way of life, the way of eternal life. But have we gained the way of life through our faith in the Lord? This is worth exploring.

Prophecies are about things that haven’t happened yet, that God has already told us about. Some of them are signs that He gave to prophets so that they would write about them, such as in the books of Isaiah and Daniel. Some of them were told to people directly by God in the flesh, like the Lord Jesus’ prophecies about the last days. How a prophecy is actually fulfilled isn’t something that we as humans can fathom. What I want to express here is that we all know that prophecies aren’t things that people can full understand, but many people still try to rely on their own thinking and imaginations in looking at biblical prophecies. They give sermons without any restraint based on the literal meanings of prophecies. This is a really serious issue. Not only can this bring harm to others, but it can also mislead them so that they may miss out on God’s salvation or even be resistant to God.
“Hey, Sister Fang, a pastor from outside the town is here to preach to us, are you coming to hear it?”
“Of course I’m coming. I always go when pastors come to preach.”

In my heart, pastors and elders had always been the people I respected and worshiped most, because in the Bible it says, “Take heed therefore to yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to feed the church of God” (Acts 20:28). Pastors and elders are all established by God, obedience to the pastors and elders is obedience to God, and not obeying the pastors and elders is resistance to God, so in all things we should listen to and obey them. In addition to that, the pastors and elders have believed in God for a long time, understood much of the Bible, and had the most solid foundation, so when the Lord comes, He will first enlighten Himself to them. So, by following the pastors and elders, we would certainly be able to enter the kingdom of heaven.
